The story is about a girl who’s been rapped and murdered, and seeing from her afterlife zone the lives of her left-behind family and the murderer. What interesting about this story is her ability to see her family’s life without her in it. While the movie is giving you enchanting pictures of the places before heaven, the novel to which this movie originated might give you a deeper and more poetic feeling about it. About how this dead girl should feel, and how the family members have to put up with this unfortunate situation, especially the mother who’s once run away from home just to escape the pressure of endless sadness in the house. At the end of everything in life, LETTING GO is the answer to find peace in your heart. And while doing it feels very hard, don’t give up on anything.
